ঐতিহ্যবাহী ‘কল্যাণপুর রওশনীয়া দাখিল মাদ্রাসা’টি সিরাজগঞ্জ জেলার বেলকুচি উপজেলার কল্যাণপুর ও সর্বতুলশী মৌজায় অবস্থিত। এটি ১৯৬১ সালে কল্যাণপুর, মবুপুর ও সর্বতুলশী গ্রামের বিত্তশালী ও শিক্ষানুরাগী ব্যাক্তিবর্গ সহ অত্র তিন গ্রামের সর্বস্তরের লোকজনের ঐকান্তিক প্রচেষ্টায় মাদ্রাসাটি প্রতিষ্ঠিত হয়। ঐতিহ্যবাহী এ মাদ্রাসাটি অত্র তিন গ্রামের সর্বোচ্চ বিদ্যাপিঠ। এ মাদ্রাসায় ইবতেদায়ী ১ম শ্রেনী থেকে দাখিল ১০ম শ্রেনী পর্যন্ত শান্ত ও মনোরম পরিবেশে দক্ষ শিক্ষকগণের দ্বারা শিক্ষা দান করা হয়। বর্তমানে প্রায় ১০০০ ছাত্রছাত্রী এ প্রতিষ্ঠানে লেখাপড়া করছে। অত্র মাদ্রাসায় মোট ১৪ জন শিক্ষক-শিক্ষিকা রয়েছে। মদ্রাসাটি প্রতিষ্ঠার পেছনে গ্রামের কিছু উদার, মহৎ ও শিক্ষানুরাগী মানুষের নিরলস পরিশ্রম এবং বিশেষ অবদান রয়েছে। সর্বতুলশী গ্রামের মাওলানা মোঃ আব্দুল মজিদ তাহার মালিকানাধীন ১৩ শতাংশ ভুমি মাদ্রাসাটিতে প্রতিষ্ঠার জন্য দান করেন। এ ছাড়াও মাদ্রাসাটি প্রতিষ্ঠার পেছনে কল্যাণপুর গ্রামের হাজী ময়জুদ্দীন, আব্দুল কাদের মুন্সী, হেদায়েতুল্লাহ মুসুল্লী, মোঃ গোলজাব হোসেন প্রামাণিক, আব্দুল হামিদ ফকির, আজহার আলী সরকার, মোশাররফ হোসেন মুসুল্লী, আবু তাহের, নওশের আলী (দারোগা), আলহাজ ওকিল উদ্দিন, হাজী আবুল হোসেন, সর্বতুলশী গ্রামের মাওলানা আহম্মাদ আলী, আলহাজ দবীর উদ্দিন, মাওলানা হাবিবুর রহমান, আবু মুহাম্মাদ সাইদুল হক, হাজী জুলহাক মুন্সী, হারুন উর রশিদ, মবুপুর গ্রামের মোঃ রোস্তম আলী সরকার, শাহজাহান আলী সরকার, ইমাম হোসেন সরকার, আব্দুল মালেক সরকার, হোসেন আলী সরকার, প্রমুখ ব্যাক্তিবর্গের উল্লেখযোগ্য অবদান ছিল।
